Rules: Submit standard info online, then click through an exhaustive amount of pages trying to sell you discounted magazines...click continue, continue, continue...then finally land on a page you can't "continue" on from, offering you insurance quotes, which make you question if you actually uploaded correctly in the first place. And they also try to sell you Ace bandages. Totes random...but I guess they could actually be useful to wrap a weary wrist from keyboard over-usage resulting in a rare but serious condition called Sweepstakesatitus.
