I've started working out again, so I can wear virtually nothing at the beach (and I've checked that goal off the list several times this summer so far...once even wearing nothing at aahhhhhhllll).  To get a little more protein in my diet, I've given up my lacto-ovo-pescatarian ways for a diet resembling that more of a Velociraptor...remember that scene in Jurasic Park where they lower the live cow into the Velociraptor's cage?  That's basically breakfast for me.
